Why is this a good idea?

Being able to connect and release our emotions is an important part in working towards being a more rounded individual. As men, we are taught to bottle up how we feel and this has serve repercussions on our health, our mental well-being and how we engage with the world around us. Emotions are a natural part of life and the better we become in processing them the more connected we feel to ourselves and the people in our lives.

What do I need to do?

All you need to do is sign up to the event (the forms is below). Make room in your calendar and have a space where you can express yourself freely. Ideally, a room with some privacy and a speaker to play the music. It can be quite emotional so plan something easy to do afterwards. The session will be 1 hour and all you have to bring is an open mind and a willingness to express how you feel (you will not be expected to share with others on the call).
