my journey with breath
Breathwork, in particular the modality of Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release, has been an integral component in to journey to feel more. It has given the guidance and tools to dive deep and explore parts of myself that I had buried away to be completely forgotten. But through breathe I was not only able to remember, but I was able to bring what was buried into the light of awareness, to be loved and integrated.
This is why breathwork sessions are a key ingredient to my work with my clients. It allows us to tap back into how we are actually feeling, it gives us a language to actively communicate with our body, and encourages the bravery necessary to be vulnerable in the pursuit of growth.

Regarding breathwork modalities, Biodynamic Breathework & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) has resonated the most with me. I am a trained BBTRS practitioner and I am excited to offer online sessions.
BBTRS uses the combination of conscious breathe, sound, touch, movement and meditation to help unlock trapped trauma inside us. It takes a holistic approach in working with the body and provides a safe place to work with trapped energy.
